Our Chairman and Founder, Geoffrey Harrison, also serves as a Life Patron, demonstrating our pride and dedication to inspiring young people to pursue fulfilling careers in hospitality and acquiring transferrable craft skills that can be used worldwide.

The annual Springboard FutureChef competition is a fantastic program for students aged 11 to 16, igniting their passion for exciting careers in hospitality while developing their culinary skills and knowledge. This thrilling journey culminates in a national final held in London. We were delighted as a sponsor to support the competition again, with our culinary professionals also mentoring students and our Director of Food and Service, Mark Stower, invited to guest judge regional finals.

Our team enjoyed mentoring some exceptional culinary talent, reinforcing our commitment to developing the next generation of aspiring catering professionals.
