The role
We are looking for a Support Chef to support our primary school catering teams within the London area. The position will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the catering teams, advising on menu development and ensuring the Harrison standards are followed.
This role covers the following areas: Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Lambeth, Hammersmith and Westminster. The successful candidate must be prepared to work across all of the areas specified and could be in a different geographical location every day.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
The successful candidate must have own vehicle, insured for business use. Mileage will be reimbursed from base kitchen which will be assigned upon appointment.
