The role
Harrison Catering Services is one of the UK’s leading independent catering companies, serving high-quality, freshly cooked food to thousands of people in schools and workplaces every day.
We are looking for a General Manager to lead one of our independent school catering teams. Reporting to the Manager Client Services, the position will be responsible for front and back of house services including, managing the catering team, client relationship, maintaining stock control, planning menus and any additional hospitality requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven management track record, strong leadership skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday [08:00hrs-16:00hrs], 52 Weeks.
