Method

  • Step 1

    First, mix the apricots, blueberries, goji berries, and pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the honey in a small bowl and reserve for later.

  • Step 2

    Next, place the oats and the milk in a large pan over medium heat and stir with a spoon. Simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to give you a creamy porridge. Add a little more milk if the consistency is too thick.

  • Step 3

    Ladle the porridge into the bowls, spoon on the fruit and seed mixture and serve.
