We are looking to recruit a Group Manager based in and around the Greater London area who will be responsible for the day to day kitchen activities of a number of state schools, key requirements of the role are:

- Understand and deliver client & company service standards, both operationally and financially and continually strive to exceed them through a pro-active, responsible and committed approach.

- Ensure retention of all schools within the centrally managed contract through customer satisfaction at individual sites.

- Lead and motivate the onsite teams they are responsible for.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The candidate will be craft trained, but also have had some junior management / team leader experience.You will need your own car and would be paid business mileage rates to travel between sites when on Company business.
