Investing in People, Shaping the Future of Hospitality
- Latest News...
With a strong reputation for learning and development, and a genuine passion for excellent food and service, we are committed to nurturing talent in the hospitality industry. By promoting rewarding career pathways, we ensure our clients benefit from motivated, skilled, and dedicated teams.
National Apprenticeship Week highlights the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses, and the wider economy. This investment remains a cornerstone of our approach. This month, we celebrate our latest apprentices’ achievements at a graduation ceremony and lunch in London.
As a family-owned company, we know that great service comes from strong, future-ready teams. Our structured learning and apprenticeship programmes support clear succession planning, develop talent from within, and ensure continuity. This approach strengthens our workforce and delivers long-term value to clients by ensuring stability, consistency, and high standards.
Our commitment extends beyond our teams. Through the Geoffrey Harrison Foundation and educational partners, we support young people in developing cooking and life skills. To date, more than 2,500 aspiring hospitality professionals have benefited from Junior Chef courses, and we have awarded scholarships in Hospitality Management.
It is this dedication—to our teams and the wider community—that underpins the professional, reliable service our clients know and trust. For more information on Junior Chef courses, visit The Geoffrey Harrison Foundation.
