March marks WRAP’s Food Waste Action Week, and this year’s theme — “Make Your Food Go Fuuuuuuuurther: for your pocket, for our planet” — highlights the link between reducing waste and protecting the environment.

We’re proud to continue working in partnership with clients to minimise food waste while protecting budgets. Reducing unnecessary waste is both an environmental responsibility and a smart business strategy — and it’s a commitment we support year-round.

Our ethos is to prepare quality, fresh food on-site from scratch, enabling our chefs to plan carefully and serve appropriate portion sizes tailored to our customers. By designing balanced, appealing menus and encouraging customers to take what they will eat and enjoy, we naturally reduce plate waste.

We also continue to support awareness initiatives such as WRAP’s ‘Love Food, Hate Waste’ campaign, ensure food waste is correctly segregated in kitchen areas, and work with trusted partners like Olleco to convert used cooking oil into biodiesel. Through responsible sourcing and sustainable packaging choices, we further reduce environmental impact.
