Earth Day 2026: Working together for a more sustainable future

This year’s Earth Day 2026 theme was “Our Power, Our Planet”, which highlighted the impact we can achieve together. As an independent, family-owned caterer, we know meaningful environmental progress comes through strong partnerships with our clients, our teams, and wider communities.

Supported by our ISO14001-accredited Environmental Management System in Thame, we continue to reduce environmental impact through efficient resource use, waste reduction, recycling, and smart menu planning.

Sustainability is embedded in our daily operations, and by working in partnership, we’ve introduced initiatives such as removing single-use plastics and ensuring waste cooking oil is converted into biodiesel through our partner, Olleco.

Our commitment also extends across our supply chain, including working with trusted suppliers that meet rigorous environmental and ethical standards, ensuring responsible sourcing and full traceability. Wherever possible, we prioritise British produce, including UK-sourced chicken, beef, and pork, alongside Red Tractor-certified cheddar and UK free-range eggs, delivering both quality and sustainability.

Together, we continue to enhance our environmental performance, creating a catering service that delivers a positive impact while providing an exceptional experience.
