Company Executive Chef

Mark Stower is our Company Executive Chef. He plays a key role in establishing and maintaining the high standard of craft skills throughout the company - working alongside our chefs, managing their recruitment and development, and acting as mentor.

Mark is a classically-trained chef whose apprenticeship included two years under the tutelage of the Roux brothers at La Gavroche. After cooking for the directors of Shell UK and HSBC in the city, Mark moved onto become Executive Head Chef at the Industrial Bank of Japan, producing Michelin-star standard fine dining and authentic Japanese cuisine.

As Executive Head Chef at the Financial Services Authority, Mark was responsible for developing and managing a large catering operation which included a food court for over 2,000 employees, 46 meeting rooms and a directors' kitchen serving eight private dining rooms.
