Chinese Chicken Stir fry
Takes twenty minutes from start to finish, what could be simpler?
- Serves: 4
Method
- First cut the chicken into strips the thinner the better.
- Prepare the peppers, onions, carrots all sliced thinly.
- Crush the garlic clove, mince the ginger, and thinly slice the Chilli peppers.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large wok, on a high heat; begin by frying the Garlic, chilli, Ginger and onion.
- Next add the chicken stirring all the time.
- Add the vegetables and Bean Shoots.
- Finish with the soy and oyster sauce and the brown sugar stir through the ingredients in the wok.
- Finish by stirring in the cooked egg noodles.
- Serve in large bowls.
Ingredients
- 200g fresh chicken strips
- 50ml Sesame oil
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion shredded
- 10g minced Ginger
- 2 fresh red chilli peppers
- 50ml dark soy sauce
- 50ml oyster sauce
- 20g brown sugar
- 2 carrots peeled and thinly sliced
- 100g Bean sprouts
- 200g mixed peppers sliced thinly
- 400g Egg noodles cooked
