Our chefs and cooks are constantly developing their skills under our Director of Food and Service Mark Stower and his team of expert trainers.

The team in our main administration office in Thame are always on hand to support clients and develop new marketing, IT, accounting strategies, ensuring best practice in hygiene, safety, environment including nutrition and wellbeing, all adding value to our clients and customers.
