Food photography, behind the scenes - follow up

Following on from our recent blog post on the intelligence and process behind great food photography (if you missed it you can read it here and see the photographs from the day here) we thought it would be a good idea to show you the finished article. What's extraordinary is the detail - and whilst you can't see that here (this version has been size reduced for use on the internet) these pictures can be blown up to astonishing sizes without any loss of quality. This shot is the one we documented on the post mentioned above, and is the combined work of Mark Stower and Martin Brigdale. I'm sure you'll agree the results are stunning.
